*Registration fee includes: conference sessions, simultaneous translation Spanish-English, coffee breaks, lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, conference documentation and banquet. At least one author of each paper/poster must register before July 15 for the paper to appear in the Proceedings.

Reimbursements: Authors may be reimbursed for the Registration fee up to July 15, but the paper will not appear in the proceedings (unless another author of the same paper is registered). Other participants may be reimbursed for their Registration fee up to August 15, 2004.

***The workshop registration fee covers two days of workshops, and is the same for all workshops. Having paid the registration, the participant may attend whichever workship he/she wishes.
